Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: I had a pre registration for my ADA service dog. There was no one at the hotel on my arrival or departure. I left the room clean and also a 10.00 tip.I was charged a xtra 150.00 clean up fee for the dog hair in the room. I called and the desk clerk told me they had charged for the hair or, maybe they had the wrong room.I was told the manager would call me. They never did.

Liked: The staff was very responsive when we couldn’t work the TV.We liked being able to drive right up to our door. The refrigerator was big enough and had a larger freezer compartment that worked well.We liked having the kitchenette, including microwave and refrigerator. Wireless charging and USB outlet was a plus
Disliked: We wished the coffee pot was full size and not so loud. The beds were a bit noisy when you change position. There is only one chair, so only one person can sit at the table at a time. Some instructions about the heating system would be helpful. We looked for the usual radiator to dry our wet ski clothes, but there is radiant heat (from above - too bad since heat rises and the floor was cold). Lights were dim in the living area (could use a lamp on the table) and very bright in the bathroom (a night light could help).

Liked: When we arrived for a funeral the the recent snow and ice had the parking lot a mess. When I explained that my mom was not steady on her feet the owner when and shoveled our parking spot and made sure no one else parked there. That was the most amazing thing anyone has ever done for us at a hotel.
Disliked: Room was a little dusty
