Evvening staff rude and unprofessional!...

Disliked: Housekeeper went back and forth with me in regards to a cart that the front desk clerk called my room to retrive. I told the front desk that I'll brimg the cart down to the lobby no problem. The housekeeper who WAS OFF DUTY KNOCKS ON THE DOOR for the cart that I was bringing downstairs!!! Unprofessional and where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE???? she keeps up the back and forth on the elevator going to the lobby!!!! What????? I'm beyond done with the staff. Always the evening staff thats so rude and unprofessional!! I'm calling corporate on this on for sure! Buyer beware!!

We spent approximately 5 minutes...

Liked: The woman at the front desk was the only good thing about this hotel.
Disliked: It was filthy, from the entrance, to the elevator to the room. The pictures are NOT what the hotel or the rooms look like.
