Disliked: The room was dirty & smelled bad peeling paint sheets on the bed was dirty & the air conditioner didn't work room was hot complained 2 the front desk & nothing was done

Awful place, do NOT take...

Liked: There was nothing to like on or around this property.
Disliked: The staff was standoff’ish, the carpets and walls were dirty. When we go to our 85 degree room we found the air conditioner didn’t work. The pool was murky and dirty, there was garbage all over the grounds and it smelled of pee. The elevator was super sketchy, made weird noises and didn’t seem very safe to ride.

Convenient and clean.

Liked: Loved the staff. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were upfront if there would be anything missing from the room.
Disliked: Nothing. There were something not there like an iron or hairdryer, but for the price, staff, and near a bus stop for the airport… totally worth it!

Liked: Upon arrival for my check in it was obvious there was a problem right away. There was no electricity in the hotel. It was 5 PM. I was told by the desk that had started yesterday. They hoped it would be better by six. I came back at 7:30 still no electricity. This meant no elevators no hot water and to be honest the place stunk it seems as though it’s being used for Housing of some kind ,we canceled our reservation and now I’m hoping for a complete refund. I’ also I contacted the hotel the next day she said electricity came on after 10 PM that night, but there was still no elevators and no hot water. I seriously think booking should look into this hotel. It is not of any type of quality that you would want your name attached to thank you very much, Richard Walsh.
