Liked: I parked my vehicle in the gated Secured parking lot in the back of the property and my vehicle was robbed in $12000 worth of my personal belongings was taken out of my truck and the hotel staff did not do anything about it, nor did they investigate or show me the cameras as to who may have done it plus when I called the police. Nothing was done. About it and the hotel still didn't think about it period also I stayed in the hotel up to 30 days and on the 30th day, I did not know that I was not able to stay past 30 days even though I made a reserve. Reservation online. I was still denied boarding and the night when I was not there. When my boarding was denied, a vehicle was broken into and I did not know that at the time. So I actually booked 2 more days after that. It was denied boarding again. I request a refund and I'll tell denied my request. Nor did they investigate to see whou looking to my truck period
Disliked: I didn't like that. My vehicle was robbed even though it was parked behind a locked security gate secured by a security guard and when I told the hotel about it, they did not check the cameras and pretty much told me to go away even though I still pay for 3 more days beyond my vehicle being robbed. I didn't know that my vehicle, I had been robbed of all of my longings until the hotel denied my request to stay and I left.

Liked: nothing it was terrible so terrible we didn't stay and I'm still waiting for my refund which you guys sent an email and they the hotel wouldn't honor it we whinded up spending the night on the messed up streets of Oakland CA will never use booking.com ever again that wasn't even a hotel it's a drug haven and criminals packed no TV no heater nothing good at all that place needs to b blown to bits booking .com should b ashamed of themselves for even having that drug haven.that homeless shelter on your site representing u guys .send someone in secret you'll see death trap some rooms have no windows
