Liked: The staff were very friendly and inviting.
Disliked: Town centre is a 15min walk but it's nice for stretching your legs.

Liked: Fantastic location. Close to snowdonia and zip wolds. Just opposite the house was a great river walk!.The room was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Very comfy bed. Short walk to the town centre. Jeanette and Steve are great hosts. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Highly recommend 5*****.

Liked: Everything was just perfect from the hospitality to the wonderful breakfast, excellent room in superb condition, and location of the house. Jeanette and Steve were so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I was really sad when my 2 days there came to an end.
Disliked: The TV was unable to connect to certain channels, but that did not matter much to me. There was nothing not to like

Liked: Jeanette & Steve are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was just what I needed for a 1 night away with work. Everything was clean, room had a great en-suite, breakfast was delicious and had lots of choice.
Disliked: Nothing could have improved my stay.
