Liked: We were displaced from this property because they had a plumbing problem, so unfortunately, we could not stay nor rated it. The good news is they were very prompt to find us alternate accommodations in the Hilton property next-door so I commend them for that.

Good

Liked: The hotel had an issue with something that they had to change hotels for us. They called me to let me know about the issue & helped me to get things changed over to the Hilton inn.

Disliked: We got moved to the Hilton due to plumbing issues. Housekeeping at the Hilton was not good. Stuff under bed when we arrived, bathroom tub needed cleaning - stuff oozing out of jets, hair on floor . When they did clean the room they did not refill coffee supplies

I will never book with...

Liked: Eveeytime I i Book for this hotel multiple times. It's the same story over and over its always plumbing issues When it's the day of my reservation they will call last minute saying bout plumbing. Get to find out its not true. All them natives are staying there, so they don't have rooms, next they transfer you to Hilton hotels. I will never book with oaks again worst service
Disliked: They keep saying jts plumbing issues then send you to another hotel. Knowing it's the natives that's staying in the hotel

Liked: We stayed at the Hilton Hotel instead of THE OAKS the one to my satisfaction. We had a flow of view, but it was not to have satisfaction.
