Ruined my vacation

Liked: Bad experience all around. View was misrepresented. Cancelled my reservation the day before I was to arrive. The hotel Booked me in another hotel that charged me more. They should have told me much earlier that they had broken plumbing. So I could have found my own hotel.

NEVER USE THIS HOTEL.THEY LIED...

Liked: Lousy service
Disliked: They sent me to Hilton b/c of plumbing issue.I don’t believe this as I saw people checking in.I WILL NEVER AGAIN BOOK IN THIS HOTEL.LOUSY SERVICE.Someone should investigate as bout this lie.I heard that Hilton owns Oakes.The view was bad.I just wasted my money for this lousy hotel

I hope I get to...

Liked: Unfortunately this was the second time this year, within 2 months that our reservation was moved to the Hilton because of issues with The Oaks Hotel. It is an older hotel, but it has the best views of Niagara Falls!
Disliked: It needs to be renovated! I would really like to stay here, but I’m disappointed that my reservation gets moved to another hotel that doesn’t have the same views of the Falls

I arrived and told there...

Liked: I arrived and told there was no rooms available. Sent to another property, waited in a lineup to check in for 45 min and charged a ridiculous amount to park my car. Not cool!!
