Disliked: Perhaps some large bath towels would be great instead of having to call down to the front desk for them.

Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel and was utterly disappointed with the experience, especially considering the high room rate. First, the room layout was absolutely baffling — the washbasin was outside of the bathroom, which not only made no practical sense but also contributed to a disjointed and awkward setup. As for the bathroom itself, it was so tiny and claustrophobic that it felt more like stepping into a cramped closet than a functional space for a guest to use comfortably.The pillows were another major letdown — all of them were broken down, flat, and incredibly uncomfortable. It was impossible to get a decent night's sleep on such worn-out bedding, which is simply unacceptable at any hotel, let alone one charging premium prices.To make matters worse, there were no basic room amenities provided — no coffee machine, no kettle, nothing. For the price I paid, I would have expected at least some effort to offer basic comforts for guests. It’s hard to believe this level of neglect is acceptable in today's hospitality industry.Overall, this hotel fails spectacularly in offering even the most basic standards of comfort and convenience. I would not recommend it to anyone and will certainly never be returning.
