Liked: A little run down but clean and everything worked. Some coffee packets rather than instant coffee would have been nice.

Liked: The bus stop for 22nd line (the one that goes to Stanford Stadium) was right across the street, which made it easy to transport to and from concert at Stanford Stadium. The room is comfortable, has a fridge, a coffee machine and a microwave. So, in case, you want some food you can make it. The bed was comfortable, a lot of different lamps. If you are travelling without a car, there is 7-eleven and other grocery stores 10-15 minutes of walking away. The area seemed to be quiet and safe.
Disliked: I did not like the window to the hallway of the motel. I had to close the blinds, as people were passing by which limited the natural light that I got. But I knew what I signed up for so its alright.

Disliked: It wasn't clean. I found stains on my pillowcase and bed covers. The bathroom door didn't remain close

Liked: Location, cleanliness
Disliked: Air conditioner rattled all night, then dumped a gallon of water into the room. If the equipment needs to be serviced or replaced, please do it. I narrowly missed the ruination of my computer, etc with the flood.

Disliked: Noisy construction site in front of the motel, next to a big highway.
