Good stay, but disappointing service

Liked: Overall, the stay was nice. but there were a couple of things which made the stay disappointing if you consider “value of money”. We would expected a more complete stay.I’d like to highlight the following great points: - good food on the restaurants (two options)- nice coffee bar - spacious and nice rooms with a nice bad tub
Disliked: Here, we have a couple of things which were (very) disappointing:- the staff at the front desk is very unfriendly and not willing to help. One of the examples is that you cannot use the facilities (i.e., pool etc) before the room is ready. In our case the room was not ready and automatically we were not able to use the pool, hot tub etc. The staff was not willing to think along with us at all.- the pool is accessible below 16 years old and our toddler could not enter this. Something good to consider if you book this hotel.- Fitness center is very small and limited.

Beautiful resort, feels like an...

Liked: The hotel is gorgeous! The ocean view from the lobby and restaurant is so inviting. The pool is serene and beautiful. We enjoyed an ocean dip in the little beach as well. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we wanted. The bathroom was modern and luxurious, the bed comfy, and the kitchen/living space was a huge bonus. The staff were all wonderful and helpful. The resident dog, Ella, is an excellent host!
Disliked: The pool does not have enough lounge chairs. 2 days in a row (once in the afternoon, the next day in the morning) I was unable to get a lounge chair and placed on a waitlist. Without a chair I was unable to order food or drink by the pool. I never did end up getting off the waitlist to get a chair after 90 minutes by the pool the first day. The second day I only had a short time window by the pool so did not get a chair then either.

It was ok.

Disliked: We had to call for maintenance 3 times because we could not open the screen door to the balcony. The pool was not accessible because it was full, guests with towels saving chairs with towels. I didn't feel we got what we paid for.

Liked: The mineral pools room and views were amazing!
Disliked: Food wasn’t my favorite and the elevator always had issues and took too long id still go back we loved it!
