Very good

Liked: Good location which is closed to Pier and Tramway Station. Good breakfast is included in the room cost. Private parking is also provided.
Disliked: The mattress is too soft.

Disliked: The bed wasn't the best,a little hard for me. No fruits at breakfast.

Liked: Free onsite parking - a welcome bonus!Good breakfast - good quality ingredients and well cooked.Clean and fairly modern bedroom.
Disliked: Firm and thin mattress - I didn't sleep well at all!Restaurant and bar not open as advertised - The host didn't offer an explanation as to why just said no when I asked.Breakfast is only served 08:15 - 09:00 - 45 minutes seemed a little rushed to eat and enjoy our food.Lack of fan in the room as advertised which wasn't ideal in hot weather.Ensuite was very dated as was the landing area which was dimly lit and tired.Lack of information regarding hotel facilities and surrounding areas.Host was not welcoming, attentive, helpful or informative as reviews suggest...not sure if we caught them on an off day? I only saw the host once to check in and then once in the morning where I was completely blanked as they were smoking and talking to a regular guest.

A relaxing stress free break.

Liked: The hotel is in a quiet area but close to all restaurants, bars, shops. Parking available which is big plus. Hosts were friendly and helpful. breakfasts were excellent.
Disliked: There is nothing I would change about the product offered.

Liked: Very clean very friendly helpful staff. Great location and parking. Breakfast was nice but feel its lacking the option for some of the extras on a breakfast and choice of fresh fruit and yogurt would be nice. Shower didnt work and was to late at night to ask for assistance and as the breakfast is on for such a short period didnt have time to get it looked at befor breakfast then was check out time Over all a nice place to stay very clean and would book again

Liked: Lovely stay here and only wish we could have stayed longer. Personal and unobtrusive attention to everything we needed. Great central location , lovely comfortable room and bed and superb breakfast. Good value and we'd love to visit again soon.
Disliked: Stairs slightly difficult with heavy luggage but not a great issue
