Liked: Lovely stay here and only wish we could have stayed longer. Personal and unobtrusive attention to everything we needed. Great central location , lovely comfortable room and bed and superb breakfast. Good value and we'd love to visit again soon.

Liked: Very good location close to the wonderful Llandudno north beach shore. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok. Wifi is very strong.
Disliked: Rather old establishment. No elevator. We had a family room for 4 that was a bit on the small side. Walls in the room were a bit shaggy.

Liked: Everything - really friendly hosts, great spacious room, delicious breakfast and incredible value for money. Ideal location that’s quiet but a very short walk to the beach and shops.

Family vacation, fun times.

Liked: Stay was amazing, very comfortable and a great location for the beach and shops. Breakfast is included and they are very accommodating with allergies. The staff were very kind and would sort out anything you needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Disliked: We didn't ask but bus times to get to the west side would have been a nice addition to the rooms useful activity list.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was ok, 10 min walk to seafront. Breakfast was good. Facilities in room were good. Very accommodating letting us leave our bags to collect later after check out.
Disliked: My elderly parents struggled with the stairs.
