Disliked: When booking a suite room we were expecting a nice city view on a high floor, but unfortunately we got a room on the 4th floor out of 18 with an deplorable view of a parking lot.When asked if we could switch rooms or even DOWNGRADE, the receptionist just brushed us off without even checking. When asked repeatedly, all they could offer was a room half the size. When asked if we could get any sort of compensation for downgrading, they brushed us off again. They couldnt even offer 10 EUR off for dinner in the hotel.The booking photos for the room are also fake advertisement (room layout and view does not match reality...)The room was also missing a bath robe even though the suite was booked for 2 people.And to top off this horrible experience, there was a half empty coffee cup left just outside our room entrance. The cleaning lady vacuuming the floor just left it there and when we notified the staff about it, they did nothing about it and it stayed there next morning aswell.I will actively tell people to avoid this sorry excuse of a hotel.
