Very good

Great centrally located hotel!

Liked: Wonderful location, central to metro and train stations. Lots of wonderful restaurants around the area. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the fully closing, private bedroom door. Coffee maker and well as kettle in the room. Nice fitness room and large open spaces to relax on the ground floor.
Disliked: If I have to find a fault, the smart TV doesn’t stream. The menu at the restaurant wasn’t very impressive, we ordered delivery vs room service.

Liked: It was clean and the location. The door men were great and very friendly.
Disliked: Reception staff were stand offish. The building rumbled when trains passed under it.

Liked: Location was perfect! Right in front of the Milano centrale ! Easy accessibility to all the major tourist sights. We got a clean, comfortable with a balcony and a view of the city.

Pleasant

Liked: Our room was nice, no complaints except the second day we had not a super nice smell (like from the sewage system) but from the bathroom but probably from the aircon.
Disliked: The smell I mentioned above. If you prefer not crazy soft beds those probably will be too soft for you too.
