Liked: The Grange is located very centrally a few minutes walk from Holborn station and about 15 mins walk into the West End of London. Has a spa facility.
Disliked: The spa didnt have the loungers as advertised on posters and publicity material. Nowhere to relax properly if you weren't using the facilities.

It's London... Expensive for what...

Liked: The staff was friendly. The location was convenient. Breakfast was good value. The manager went our of her way to rectify the issues we had with our room.
Disliked: During the heatwave, our Aircon unit was not working in our room (34c inside). After determining it is was broken, we were moved to another room. It was a time suck of our day and delayed us from our evening activities. The manager resolved the issue so we are thankful it all worked out in the end. London is expensive for hotels. I was just expecting a little more than 'average' based on the photo gallery. Hip and cool in 2018. Looking a little dated in 2025.

Nice hotel in central London

Liked: Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Great location.
Disliked: For this price, I would expect a larger gym and a cold shower in the spa. The breakfast was good but the pancakes and waffles were shop bought.

Excellent! Lovely staff, super clean,...

Liked: Staff were friendly and went over and above for us for our anniversary.
Disliked: The air con wasn’t very cold and the duvet was much too thick for summer. Never mind the amber heat warning.
