Liked: Fancy hotelGood location
Disliked: We booked this hotel as this had chargers for an electric vehicule at the hotel. Unfortunately all the chargers are blocked by cars of other hotel guests that are just parking in the spots and not charging. When we checked this with the hotel we were instructed to find a public charger. All those in walking distance have a limit so you need to get up at night and move your car.

Superb

Liked: breakfast was more than adequate, most of the staff were exceptional
Disliked: the music in the reception area at night was a bit bizarre unless you like loud techno music

Fabulous Hotel and Amazing Staff.

Liked: The staff were Amazing even when I had a mix-up with booking they fixed it and gave us a new upgraded room, with not much extra to pay.I really appreciated their quick help and empathy.The Breakfast was amazing, plenty of food. Staff very attentive.The whole decor and environment is fabulous.Trains very near and so easy to use to get around.Definitely stay again 200%
Disliked: I did not like the food in Restaurant in evening felt it was overpriced and average, so did not eat there again.

Liked: I enjoyed my stay at your stylish and beautifully designed hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location is very convenient for access to public transport.The room itself was modern and well-decorated, and I really appreciated the addition of a fridge and coffee machine – definitely a big plus.
Disliked: However, one aspect that I feel could be improved is the bathroom cleaning. While the bed was nicely made, and the cups and coffee supplies had been arranged, the bathroom surfaces had not been properly cleaned. The sink countertop still had visible stains, as did the faucet, and the toilet didn’t appear to have been wiped at all. There were still fingerprints on the flush buttons, which gave the impression that only the towels had been changed, the bin emptied, and the toilet paper folded.As I was travelling alone, the room hadn’t gotten very messy during the day – but had we been two people, the lack of proper bathroom cleaning would have been much more noticeable and concerning.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, quiet hotel. Superb breakfast. We also appreciated the treat of bottles of sparkling water, snacks and sweets for free. Subway a three minute walk away, and only one stop from the main railway station.
Disliked: The parking garage is very small, and quite expensive. The room was quite small, and the bathroom had a sliding door made of glass next to the bed (which was quite disturbing if one of us needed the bathroom when the other one was asleep).
