Exceptional

Good place but not for...

Liked: The all you can eat buffet and staff.
Disliked: Lack of openable windows in the room. Not a fan of the air conditioning system. Room feels stuffy without the option to crack a window open and let a cool breeze in.The decor and design weren't really for me. I prefer a more subtle approach to interior design. A bit too bright and colourful for my liking. Could be dialed back just a smidgen.The duvet also feels too heavy for the warm weather.

Amazing stay again

Liked: Stayed a couple of times and a great hotel in a greta location.

Don't get your expectations too...

Liked: The location and comfortable bed were the only positive
Disliked: Approach to be improved to be more customer oriented, they want to selll you everything despite the fact it is a 4 star hotel and facilities like charger adapter should be for free

Overnight city stay

Liked: Nice location beside the canal. Just under 30 min walk to Jervis street shopping centre.Liked the hotel decor, jugs of water infused with choice of lemon or cucumber in reception was a nice touch. Free bottles of water in the room also.Decent hairdryer in bedroom. Comfortable temperature , adjustable, in bedroom. Bed and pillows very comfy. Slept well, no noise. Seemed like quiet enough area. We stayed on a Thursday night.
Disliked: The sink and shower looked like someone had just rinsed sand or similar in both. Shower tray was wet and dirty. Bathroom had two facecloths and two bath size towels but no hand towel.Parking was an issue, we parked in the Jervis shopping centre carpark, cost €11 to park overnight. This was best/cheapest option. Was almost half hour walk away. No real set down area at hotel either , except for possibly loading bay at pub opposite side of street.We checked in late so didn't complain about the shower.
