Great city, lovely location.

Liked: We stayed 2 split nights in Bilbao at the Nyx. Location was great, everyone friendly and helpful. Room with lovely balcony, but quiet.
Disliked: on the 2nd night we stayed there, we were on a different floor, the room was nice but there were some markings on the wal l in the room. Like scuff marks, everything else was very nice. Staff v friendly, location fantastic.

Location is the reason to...

Liked: The best asset of the property is the location and the sound proof and only
Disliked: I did not like the quality of the room while I would categorize the hotel as a budget instead of a four star hotel . Also, I didn’t like that the room staff gave me only one card while I was traveling with my wife .

Great location right across from...

Liked: The location and hard to beat. The staff at the bar are great.
Disliked: The front desk staff weren't friendly and the room was really bare - almost no amenities in the bathroom. Also, a heavy glass door for a bathroom in a 3-person hotel room is strange. People were uncomfortable using the bathroom and it was too heavy to prop open.
