Perfect spot for a 2...

Liked: Location great. No parking but closeby is an underground car park which cost around 20€ a day. Clean room and lovely view.
Disliked: No parking.

Great location

Liked: The location was great. Near to casco antiguo, la ria, la gran via, metro station and tranvia.The staff was awesome. Kind. Friendly. Open to help. The best from start to finish. The food and drinks were great and delicious.
Disliked: The room was very unconfortable for a family with 2 young boys. The shower and WC were open and visible despite the film on top of the glass. The beds were a bit hard. No phone for room service. The room was unconfortable for 4 people.

Disliked: Bathroom with glass walls and door into the bedroom. Not at all suitable for a family.

Great hotel and amazing location!

Liked: Very good location, lovely staff and nice room with everything we needed for the stay. They even left a little treat for us in our room as it was our anniversary!
Disliked: Only downside was the rooftop terrace wasn't open (sadly) and we were really looking forward to having some drinks overlooking the city.
