Disliked: There is no hot shower 2knob sink is not working

Fine but would've stayed elsewhere...

Liked: The staff was nice and the pools were great.
Disliked: Our room was right next to the front door so we could hear all people coming in/going at all hours of night. It wasn't the cleanest and didn't feel the most secure because our door was right next to main door. The breakfast buffet was also super lame- just cereal and bad yogurt, with some dry toast. I was expecting a little better but there was nothing fresh.

Liked: location and the overall concept; however, the hotel is in dire need of maintenace and cleaning.
Disliked: Cleanliness was disgusting. They had bugs. I had three conversations with staff on the condition of the room and bugs and no response each time

Disliked: Cold breakfast cold hard boiled eggs are not exactly what most want …sausage, ham, or beacon not offered.
