Liked: Worse place rude staff Room was durty I checked in and went to the room as soon as I open the door gay couple having their activities towels on the floor I went back to the reception and told the guy, I checked out right away and they said no refund I booked the place for 3 days and the don’t give refund

Spectacular

Liked: This was such a wonderful place. I brought my Grandma and Great Aunt down for my Great Aunts 75th birthday. Having bunk beds and queen/king bed options was amazing! Love that they served breakfast. Right in the middle of Key West. So easy to walk to all the destinations! Truly love this place and want to come back!
Disliked: Everything was exceptional. The front desk staff and everyone did a fantastic job!

Not recommended at all

Disliked: Found the room nasty and alot of small black bugs over the beds and cockroaches everywhere i checked out immediately and found no place to sleep stayed the whole night at a restaurant

Exceptional

Liked: Great location and great hotel. The pool area is just lovely and breakfast is provided on the porch by the pool.
Disliked: Our room was second floor with no elevator and there is no help so might want to be careful if going with older people

Perfect location with pool and...

Liked: The staff members were very kind, Samantha helped us a lot with our room, anything that we needed she was there to help us.The location is perfect, close to the main points, the breakfast was delicious.The pool is open until late...they have a bar 🍸
Disliked: There wasn't a parking but some blocks from the hotel you can find one, you only have to pay 12 per day.

It served our purposes and...

Liked: B breakfast was very basic. The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: There was not one chair to sit in in the room. In the common areas, there was no backs to any chairs.
