Relaxing start but disappointing in...

Liked: Beautiful building
Disliked: Many of the younger staff appeared untrained in dealing with customers in a £300+ per night hotel, cleaning was superficial - dust under bed etc

A fabulous stay at a...

Liked: The location was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was all delicious and we were well looked after.
Disliked: The room was smaller than we expected.

Welcomed and felt relaxed. Bedroom...

Liked: Room comfortable. Food very good. Staff attentive. Helpful receptionist.
Disliked: A little dusty in the room. Windows need painting and edges cleaned. Grouting in bathroom stained in places plus dust above tiles behind the door.
