Nice basic budget hotel but...
Liked: The best thing about this small hotel was the location near the train station and across the road from the Botanic gardens and Queens University. It has nice modern decor but small bedroom with everything you need included. Staff were not the most efficient on check in, helpful or friendly. There is no front desk. The code for the front door wasn't sent by email until after I rang the phone number on the front window. It only arrived in email several hours later at 4:30 p.m with all the info. The hotel was nice but small. Considerably over priced. Don't expect any customer service
Disliked: The stairs are steep with many flights up.Request a lower floor room if you have any mobility issues as no lift.

Comfortable
Liked: Right near bus stops, eateries etc. When coming from the airport catch an airport bus to where it terminates in the city centre. Then an 8b bus which stops near no. 11. The cost is approximately 6 pounds. We were given conflicting advice originally regarding this.Breakfast was great.
Disliked: I had a reaction possibly to whatever was sprayed in the room to clean it which caused bad hayfever.

Not our cup of tea
Liked: It was very clean
Disliked: No breakfast but didn't know that till we had it booked, said a continental breakfast but it was a very basic one all we had was toast and orange juice, not value for money imo.The shower couldn't be regulated properly no window in the room we could open the fire door but if anyone came down the fire stairs they could see right into our room,Not somewhere we would stay again but that's just because it wasn't our cup of tea,

Very pleasant
Liked: I was a 30 minute walk to the centre of town and close to the botanic garden so quite a good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fine. Parking was not a problem on nearby roads.
Disliked: The room was compact but adequate and everything provided.

Two-stars at Best!
Liked: The shower was decent. We had access to Netflix.
Disliked: The room was very small and cramped. We had to bag drag up many stairs. There was little or no warm/hot water from the sink faucet. Worst property we stayed in during our long tour of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
