Lovely stay for just one...

Liked: Lovely quiet and clean place. Helpful friendly staff .Vending Machine in the lounge eating area was very much appreciated
Disliked: a small fridge in the room for milk (not UHT milk) would have been very much appreciated Room was too warm and also drains smelt a a bit off ! Bigger towels also needed

Liked: Location was good. Bed was comfortable and clean sheets
Disliked: Not particularly friendly welcome. Their 'breakfast' area is too small and cannot manage all guests during breakfast time. Not enough breakfast supplies to cater for the number of guests. The TV remote didn't work and the bedside bulb was not working. The shampoo dispenser didn't work either. This guesthouse is supposed to be part of The Warren Collection but I don't think it lives up to this standard

Liked: This is Belfast's little gem. a great location, very clean and the staff are very helpful. Its a great concept.
