Perfect location for Hampden event

Liked: Room perfect Menu limited but every course was good Stafff very attentive and the courtesy call when you arrive in your room a welcome caring touch
Disliked: Pillows a bit too soft Only staying one night ! Limited menu and only one dairy free option Nit picking to have enough review words !

Disliked: Wet room shower was not plumbed properly and we found the floor very wet with retained water which was a hazard

Liked: perfect location for southside, super nice staff, really nice room with a lush bathroom I think it had underfloor heating as well, so good for what I paid as well!!
Disliked: bed could have been a little comfier but honestly it was fine, it's a really lovely hotel

Disappointing.

Liked: The hotel is lovely, and breakfast was great also had a meal the night before and the food was lovely.
Disliked: The beds were terrible, mattrass was sagging and the springs stabbing me most of the night, , this was the same for my bed in room 21, and my colleague in room 27 said her bed was the same. The pressure of showers were really bad as well.
