Rooms were clean and loved the no carpet. Tried twice to have breakfast but the area was so packed with people there was no room to wait or navigate.

Disliked: My wife and I stayed here back in 2017 and had a great stay. We were very disappointed to see how much the standards had dropped. The room wasn't adequately prepared. There was a random sock in the closet. Even though our reservations was for a family of 4, there was only 2 sets of towels. The bath gel was very low, seemed like it was not refilled after the previous guest. We had to request more. Ran out of toilet paper on day 2. Called the front desk to request more but after a hour I had to go down stairs to get it myself. In general getting in contact with the front desk was not easy, had to call numerous times. They seemed understaffed, with the front desk all over the place and never consistently on post.

Disliked: I was never informed about the active construction that was taking place during my stay. It seems I also was afforded no discount for the noise and hallway mess. Not to mention wet paint fumes and bad water pressure.
