Bad
Disliked: I couldn’t shower or flush the toilet and charged for two nights as I couldn’t make it the first night but was thankful I only did one night as we couldnt shower or use toilet so was advised they would talk to manager and I keep getting told I’ll look into. I was advised I could maybe get a discount but was charged the full amount.

Best airport deal
Liked: This is a great deal. They are speedy with their shuttles, the bed was comfortable, and the location is perfect if you are looking to get away during a stopover as it is minutes away. The building is older but the room was very clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Everything.. room was like a jail cell. Shower didnt work.. tv didnt work. Place needs upgrading. Tried calling front desk many times they didnt answer..This is the absolute worst place I have ever stayed

Staying at Nu Hotel Toronto,...
Disliked: The air-conditioning unit was old type, a bit noisy. Can change to split unit which is quieter. Toiletries are not well equipped.

Any issues were easy to...
Liked: The reception staff were friendly and pleasant and the room was very spacious. The water temperature was good and the room wasn't too hot. There's a subway and Shwarma place downstairs and it's a 5-minute walk to a breakfast place down the road.
Disliked: I was unable to contact the shuttle from the airport, despite multiple tries over a period of an hour. After taking an uber to the hotel, I informed the receptionist of the problem and she tested the phone. It was not ringing at the front desk, but had been directed elsewhere. I hope they can resolve this issue. The air conditioner was a quite noisy.
