Liked: Shuttle was there in the morning.
Disliked: Shuttle didn’t come to airport. No coffee station in room. No glasses for water. Was not able to regulate hot water in shower in order to be able to take a shower. Horrible pillows

Disliked: Called The front desk to let them know our shower didn’t have hot water and the staff said to wait 1 hour and it should reset. We shouldn’t have to wait to have a shower after a long flight, in a room that was already paid for.
