NU Hotel Toronto Airport

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Elevator was dirty with spill on the floor.

Amazing room at an amazing...

Liked: A simple, clean, comfortable hotel right by the airport!! The room was well furnished, looks newly renovated and well designed.
Disliked: Parking is limited so make sure you grab a spot right away (there's also parking around back). The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.

Liked: Close to the airport
Disliked: We called the hotel for the pickup from the hotel numerous times and waited 40 minutes. There was a party in the room next door that literally went on all night and was still going at 6am when we left for the airport

Disliked: Building retrofitted to be hotel. Rooms/bathroom had bizarre size/spacing/positioning of furniture.Front desk staff did not know where the shuttle pick up point at the airport really was, couldn't answer questions (upstairs or downstairs?). Could only repeat the vague sentence she had been told to repeat.

Liked: Staff were great, very helpful. Close to airport, free Shuttle. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Paper thin walls, very loud, security very lax.

Disappointing

Liked: Be advised that the front desk person took a physical copy of my credit card (in addition to electronic) without my permission. On check out, I asked for the physical paper imprint to tear up. I was told that I couldn't have it. I asked for a copy of my check in form that I signed and was also told I couldn't have it.I have never experienced such action & response as this. I will watch my credit card statement closely.
