Liked: Everything was set up for a family pleasurable stay you could relax and kids could have fun all day
Disliked: There were no dislikes at all

Lots for kids to do...

Liked: There are lots of things for the kids to do on site and there are a few cafes, takeaways and supermarkets nearby
Disliked: It was in an industrial area so didn’t feel too holiday like.The cabin was a bit on the small side but fine for a few days. Door didn’t lock properly although you could see there had been multiple attempts to fix it.

Exceptional

It is a good resort...

Liked: I booked a studio, but upon check-in, I found that the TV was not working and the bathroom flush was also faulty. It wasn’t a great start to the stay. However, after raising the issue with the staff, they promptly responded and moved me to an upgraded room, which was much better and appreciated.

Value for money

Liked: The room was fresh and modern, the location was handy to theme parks. The kids activities were mostly free and regular. The girls running the bingo and trivia were great.
Disliked: The go karts and things like soccer goals, mini golf and balls are tired and difficult to use. The pools are also a bit tired and cold. The restaurant was handy but could use a more diverse menu. A family rec room would be good with pool tables etc.

Pleasant

Good location to theme parks.

Liked: the coffee at the cafe
Disliked: needs maintenance/ updated room quality for the price. Third bedroom at the back of the garage separate from the apartment.

Liked: The staff - family friendly resort, all the kids activities staff were passionate about making things fun for the kids, especially Jamie who ran a pokemon disco which my girls (who dont even like pokemon) LOVED!
Disliked: We came in July during school holidays where the pools were supposed to be heated to 28 degrees…but be aware it was still cold! The spas were freezing too, they must have been broken. Just bad timing in winter.
