Liked: Objectively speaking, the environment of this hotel is really good. However, this time the experience was not good. We originally booked a double bed, but when we got to the hotel, we were told that there was no double bed, and we were not given a refund, so we had to stay for one night. I guess I don't want to stay here anymore. The food in the restaurant was good, and the manager gave us some discounts

Liked: Very friendly and accommodating staff, nicely designed rooms, excellent meal at the restaurant
Disliked: We were traveling with a baby and had lots of luggage, but when we arrived the parking spaces in front of our rooms were full, presumably with dinner guests. We had to park away from our room and lug everything down. Once the cars left later that evening we were able to move our vehicle to directly by our room.

Relaxing and beautiful gardens.

Liked: Convenient bar and restaurant on the property, although it wasn’t open on Tuesday.
Disliked: N/a
