Would not stay here

Liked: Room was too small and dirty
Disliked: The toilet was dirty and then the cleaner said he would give me the cloth to clean the poo stains myself

Outrageous and most unacceptable behaviour...

Liked: The room
Disliked: A staff member walked into our room at midnight. I confronted them after waking me up (that is outrageous for a hotel) there was not one apology, completely disregarded the situation, that’s unacceptable. To follow this situation, which ruined our sleep and our feel of safety in our room that anyone can walk into at any time, the fire alarm went off at 9am for 20 minutes before it was stopped. There was no fire and again no apology for the situation after it woke us up.

Liked: Receptionist was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Good

Liked: Very close to Olympia Events, which was the main purpose of the trip. The microwave, toaster, dishes, plates and cutlery were super handy to have for such a compact room. Bed was cosy and the shower was nice too. It had a lot of stuff, which was useful for me.
Disliked: The room was a little smelly when I first entered the room but it is understandable as my room was facing out the front of the hotel (safety). There was no safe so I had to carry my personal stuff with me. Also, it was a little noisy than expected (the rain droppings and people banging around)

Disliked: Bed was not comfortable - springs in bed gone, so just lying on base board.

Liked: The room is well equipped and the location of the hotel is great, having the tube station just 5 minutes away and also shops and supermarkets nearby

Good value for money with...

Liked: Friendly staff, great location. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Room was much smaller than expected after looking at the pictures online. The air-conditioning unit was not easy to use.

A nice stay...will definitely come...

Liked: The family room was very spacious and the bathroom was unbeliveably big.
Disliked: The wash hand basin was clogged most times.
