I will think twice before...

Liked: Honestly, I was expecting that 4 star hotel for 2 nights with £305 could be better in size( the room was tiny, no breakfast is served for additional pay. I dont know why there was Fairy in the room? Should I have washed dishes? It was worth nothing but 2 stars hotel. Water provided was a complimentary on the first day. Very disappointed.
Disliked: The location only!

Compact but not cramped.

Liked: This is a townhouse hotel with about 20 rooms. I received a friendly welcome at reception, and the facilties and arrangements were explained with clarity. My room was on the top floor but there was an efficient lift. The single room was compact but not cramped. Everything I needed was there, including tea and coffee facilities. There was also a microwave and fridge. Well designed bathroom with an efficient shower. Everything was cleaned to a high standard and well maintained. The hotel was about a two minutes walk from Kensington Olympia Station and close to Kensington High Street. I would happily stay there again.
Disliked: I didn't find fault with anything.
