Liked: The hotel was great, super clean and the staff were lovely.

Liked: The location is good, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom.
Disliked: Although the price of the breakfast was included in the final price of the apartment, it was charged again in the morning during the check out. Although it was clear at the Booking.com website that the price of the breakfast was included, according to the employee, it was not possible to see at his computer. And I would have to pay cash. The second thing that I didn't like much: € 9,50 for a glass of white wine that was awful, that I even couldn't drink, was a little bit too expensive.

Disliked: Safe box didn’t work and when we asked staff they didn’t help really. Other staff were very helpful with other questions we had about Berlin.

Comfy stay, amazing value

Liked: Comfy bed, good climate control, quiet, breakfast was just right, friendly and competent staff.
Disliked: Shower was a bit small, no hair conditioner (bring your own), probably need to hire more staff as there's too much work for the number of people.
