Liked: Very friendly staff!

Disappointing

Liked: Location is good, just 5 minuts walk to Wien HBF.
Disliked: the equipment is too old, need improve. The water is leaking when we take shower, even hose drop off with shower head. The hair dryer is 30 years old model, very weak.

Disliked: The room is a little bit smaller than I expected. Reception employee was not a very patient guy.

Disliked: Hotel can't make its mind up if it's a Garner, Novum, Select, yggotel. Not very clean and looking tired. IHG should be ashamed of this hotel. Once nice and grand hotel gone to waste Also hotel or someone who has access to their booking.com chat tried to phish us after we had paid in full. No acknowledgement of that when I raised it. Booking com were alerted too. Rooms too small. Air con is crap. Shower floods bathroom.
