very poor internet connection and...

Disliked: The hotel misled me about the Wi-Fi, gave me a room with no internet, and the staff was rude and threatening. They refused to move me to a room with working Wi-Fi or refund me. I left after just one hour because it was impossible to work or feel safe there.

World-class historic rural B&B

Liked: Beautiful old property with a lovely garden on the river Saone. Perfect for an old guy cycle touring on EV6. Jan warned via email that no evening food in the vicinity so picked up supper en route at the supermarket in Seurre….and Jan has beers available. Left space for an excellent convivial breakfast at the large dining room table. Jan is an outstanding host and also very much enjoyed the conversations with other guests.And the atmospheric church clock bells across the street stop ringing at 10:00pm.
Disliked: Nothing….an elevator would be out of place in this building and , with my sore back, Jan kindly helped me with my luggage upstairs
