Liked: The real comfortable room was efficient big place comfortable beds bi room size and the breakfast was reealy good with good people
Disliked: I didnt like what they offered me in my 1 day as a comfortable room on the upper most level at the roof story with almost no window and organised for 2 people. After my complaint, I had to stay there for 1 night and then they changed my room which was a real.comfort room. But all these roon change has taken 1 day. At the roof room, it was to hot and you couldn't watch outside.. But the real comfort room was good and the same as shown in booking room big space good windows beds and bathroom. Another thing was that there was no minibar or refrigerator, however the breakfast was really very tasteful

Nice stay during Lolla weekend...

Liked: Me and my brother stayed in this hotel for three nights during Lollapalooza festival. Location was very good as it was only couple of train stops aways from Olympicstadion. We didn't have time to visit Berlin city center, but it wouldn't have been hard to travel there as this hotel is walking distance from Charlottenburg train stop. We used S-bahn for traveling. You can easily travel from airport to Charlottenburg stop by S9 train. It is an hour ride, but it was nice to see Berlin through train window. Check-in was easy and staff was very nice, warm and welcoming. We also had hotel breakfast, which for us was okay - there is many drink options, different cereal, sandwich material, warm food and some sweets. The bread selection was very good in my opinion. Room was small, but very cozy. It definately had some spots here and there that could need some refreshment, but we didn't mind. Our room was on the second floor facing parking lot and I would say that it was rather quiet.
Disliked: Only thing that we didn't really like was the fact that there was no door or shower curtain for shower and therefore the whole bathroom got very wet from the shower. Also you only could use bathroom ventilator together with light - they had same switch. I don't know if it was only our bathroom, but also the sink drained very slowly, so you had to make sure that you didn't overflow it. And last thing to point out, there is no ventilation/climate control in the room, so we just opened our window.

Liked: The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful.
Disliked: The location wasn’t my favorite and the elevator was a bit sketchy.

Great hotel but sound isolation...

Liked: I stayed alone for one night in a regular room, the room and the hotel seems freshly renovated, everything is still new and looks and works as expected. Room was very clean, spacious enough and very comfortable beds too.
Disliked: If I had one problem it would be the room sound isolation, I could hear people next door talking and hear water from their shower very clearly. Expected for old buildings despite the new renovation.
