Stay away at all costs

Liked: Location close to the Hauptbahnhof
Disliked: The curtains in our room were broken and therefore couldn’t close. We advised the manager and he came to our room to see and promised to have them fixed the next day - three days later they are still broken. If we hadn’t paid in advance we would have checked out. Also contacted Booking.com customer service twice about this issue and still to receive a response. Last time we use Booking.com.

Liked: They really try to make an old hotel clean and it is great location if you are travelling through by train.
Disliked: It is an old stuffy hotel with tiny rooms and you hear absolutely everyone move around you in other rooms.

Liked: The location is excellent, next to the main train station. Breakfast options are limited, but okay for a decent start to the day. Wifi was okay, shower was very small but worked well.
Disliked: My street side room got very warm and uncomfortable during the night. Leaving a window open was not an option because of the street noise. The walls are very thin, sounds from other rooms could very clearly be heard. So bring earplugs. Next time in Hamburg I will use a different hotel.
