Liked: The location is perfect
Disliked: Everything else

Liked: The location, the price, the included breakfast.
Disliked: The doors to the balcony didn't latch properly so the sounds from the street came in, loud enough to interrupt sleep.

Satisfactory

Liked: The rooms were nice and quite comfortable. The were also neat and met the requirement for a decent hotel.
Disliked: The carpet in the hallways are old, dirty and an eyesore. They should be changed as soon as possible.
