Never again ....not a hotel,...

Liked: Nothing except the location , it's proximity to the central train station.
Disliked: The receptionist lady was very rude and consistently tell fat lies to the guests. There was a Bulgarian male receptionist who was a week in the job is quite nice . The Fat Dad there always showing his big belly is like a mister staring at guests like a prison guard. When guests ask if it's possible to refill water bottle, the little lady receptionist says can't go or refill from restaurant but go use toilet washbasin tap to refill, that's drinkable — we know even urine is drinkable. She too deals with guests like a prisoners of illegal aliens in a refugee shelter. They both are like American border guards holding aliens. This is one of worlds most expensive cities where we got no value for money in this hotel like an old kitchen.....guys, avoid this hell.
