Unsafe at night, was downgraded...

Liked: Very close to the train station. Bed was pretty comfortable and the on-site staff were nice.
Disliked: We didn’t get the room we paid for, and weren’t able to get a suitable alternative. The area is full of very visible drug abuse, and right outside of the building too. I was kept up all night by parties, fights, screaming etc. I saw a literal mugging happen between addicts on the street. Would not recommend!

We moved to another hotel...

Disliked: Hotel was in very dodgey area. Lots of homeless people and gangs of men hanging around. People openly taking drugs.. Noise was terrible.

Disliked: Elevator did not function.

Liked: I liked how my room had 2 floors in apartment 5. And beds were comfortable I guess.
Disliked: We hat to go up with 5 floors of stairs WITH luggages no elevator, the area of the hotel was horrible - there were homeless in front of our door so we couldn’t even go outside at 8pm. Its not very safe, the reception was a few buildings away, what if they came in and slept inside? We couldn’t gone outside but they left later. Except the bedroom the hotel was DIRTY. Appreciate the 2 floors but the second floor was very empty and hot, the dining area was very-empty so maybe more decoration. The balcony didn’t look very safe since the floor was just some thin wood planks with nails-not trustable at ALL.

Liked: THIS APARTMENT BLOCK FROM OUTSIDE WAS DIRTY SMELLY AND DOWN AND OUTS SAT OUTSIDE DEINKING WE WERE INFORMED TO GO TO A HOTEL WHICH WAS IN A GROUP THE GRAFFI HOTEL steindamm1THEY FOUND US A ROOM TO STAY FOR THE DAYS BOOKED IT WAS OK BUT NOT WHAT WE WANTED MY HUSBAND IS DISABLED AND WAS NOT VERY WELL AFTER THE MOVING AROUND TO TRY AND FIND SOMEWERE TO STAY
Disliked: AS ABOVE NIGHTMARE the cost of payment for a disappointing stay

Liked: Good room for the price, close to the railway station. Getting the keys was easy, the staff is kind and polite.
Disliked: The scenes on the street were shocking. People were fighting each other, criminals were everywhere. Why isn't the police outside? So sad, really.Don't go out alone in the evening.
