Liked: Great hotel as most Novotel hotels are. Nice bar, pool area and open back yard.
Disliked: Only issue is that it's not close to the city but the tram station is near and you don't have to change transports to get to the centre.

Liked: The receptionist Alice was very helpful with checking in, finding our way around Zurich and local restaurants. The hotel had a pool and gym that me and my family were able to use and made the stay a lot of fun. Breakfast was a buffet style serve yourself and there was enough to eat. The location was good, was easy to get to other destinations.

Liked: Good facilities, nice bar and TV area as well as restaurant. Pretty decent breakfast with the usual options of bread, cheese and dry meats as well as pancakes and pastries
Disliked: Size of the room for 4 people is a bit tight. Location is fine as long as you're ok with it not being right in the city centre

It is not too bad

Liked: cleanliness, swimming pool for kids (they like cold water) and good breakfast, parking spot for extra charge
Disliked: Veeeeeery small room, the size of the room and bathroom does not match the description and photos. Far from the center. The coffee machine did not work and our request for its repair was not resolved, no compensation was offered for the non-working coffee machine
