A welcoming and comfortable stay....

Liked: It has all the basic necessities.
Disliked: No ice maker for guests. We had to ask some at the Bar everyday. Housekeeping is ok but there are still room for improvement.

Liked: Front bar staff very friendly and cheerful
Disliked: Our room was entered by staff despite a clear sign asking them not too.When we did ask for the room to be entered they changed towels only, without changing sheets, sweeping floor, clean cups or any other normal cleaning/resupply task, when we asked floor staff they became flustered and we finished the cleanup ourselves.

Great hotel we will be...

Liked: Surprisingly one of the best hotel accommodation experiences we faced for the past few years
Disliked: A bit distanced from the center - with a 5yo walks are less of an option

Euros Trip

Liked: Location for the Letizgrad stadium, very clean, breakfast had a great choice and staff were very friendly and helpful when asking about getting round the city. Only stayed one night but would definitely go back. Happy to look after our bags securely so we could have a last look round without carrying luggage.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about, had a lovely stay.
