A budget hotel with modest...

Liked: The staff are always friendly, helpful, and consistently go above and beyond to assist guests, making the most of the resources available to them
Disliked: The quality of the room could be improved. The floor felt dusty, as if it hadn’t been vacuumed properly for some time, at least that was the impression. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities like an ironing board in the room was inconvenient. While I understand there’s a shared ironing room, it’s not practical when traveling with a family

Liked: The hotel had a beautiful location and a lovely garden. I also really appreciated that they didn’t charge extra for children.
Disliked: We had mentioned in advance that we were traveling with children, so it was a bit disappointing that the sofa bed hadn’t been set up and made ready for them before our arrival.
