Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Booked the room on booking around 10.30. Got confirmation saying it was booked. Went to the reception and the lady there took money off me by card. Then walks in after her cigarette break and said sorry no rooms available we are fully booked. I said why dint the lady checked before taking payment off me. She was straight faced and only said she will refund me. She did the refund on card and lied to me saying it will come to my account straight away. Though I know it will take few working days to process a refund. And she handed over me the receipts with no sorrys or regrets for the inconvenience I went through to drive all the way to face a shut door.
