Liked: Location; very friendly and helpful staff; rooms very clean and comfortable; excellent choice for breakfast, good late check out.

Nice hotel but expensive

Liked: The food was nice and the staff were very professional and friendly
Disliked: The car park was an additional £17, when to bring a family to stay it is expensive enough without adding this on top. The hotel food was also in the dear side.Pool slot was only 30 minutes and there were too many others in the small pool at the same time

Disliked: Dirty bedroom carpets no fridge,bathroom door faulty. The ‘river walk’ is misleading with algae and flood defence etc lacks charm. The child play area was basic and insufficient.

Disliked: Room was outdated. Carpets where in need of a good clean. Not worth the money we paid
