Very good

Liked: Friendly staff even though they were busy and under pressure from some demanding customers. Room was lovely and plenty of space. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options

Superb

Liked: Very comfortable, clean hotel within easy walking distance from the city centre.
Disliked: A really small point, but could be easily rectified.. not enough hooks in the room. When we arrived it was raining so our coats were wet. There was nowhere to hang them in the room.
