Comfortable stay, convenient location, a...

Liked: Nice and close to the Barbican and an easy walk into the centre. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The pool and sauna were lovely and clean and a nice environment, towels provided and a costume spinner. The pool was a nice temperature and the pool room was nice and warm as well. The bed in our was really comfortable and we both slept like logs. We had lots of space in the room, and a fridge is always a bonus!
Disliked: Nitpicking really but a few of the USB plugs next to the bed didn’t seem to work but there were others in the room that worked perfectly fine so only a minor issue really.
