Disliked: That’s essentials like toothpaste is not in the room… you need to asked in the reception for it

Liked: The hotel has very friendly staff, the breakfast was tasty and of great variety, the place is very child friendly with children play area, water dispenser on each floor which is very handy, good location with 15 minutes stroll to the Old Town and the tram stop is located just beside the hotel which makes it very convenient to explore the city.
Disliked: I liked everything about this hotel.

Liked: The kindness of the girl with colored hair at the reception.
Disliked: Maybe the windows in the room cleaned of dust from the buildings under construction in the area. It's a pity that the view is beautiful

Good hotel, dissapointing staff

Liked: Very comfortable rooms, nice restaurant, overall experience is ok.
Disliked: Staff is lazy. We forgot one item and returned to hotel 1hour later, thei said that didn’t find anything. Day later got a message that item was found and they can send it to me for… 60eur. From staff of hotel, I would expect them to do their job better or just let me back to the rooms to find item, as it was even not been cleaned yet.
