Liked: Clean and tidy. Room was very spacious.

Stayed overnight for one night. Booking was trouble free; hotel is close to the train station; friendly reception staff; comfortable room and adequate breakfast.

Liked: This hotel is very close to the train station (2 minute walk). This made it ideal for our commute to and from Wolverhampton. Also, the hotel room and amenities were in good shape.

Liked: The Hotel is well positioned. The personal is very friendly. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is very good.
Disliked: Some small reparation needed in the room. The window doesn't has a system that allowed to stay open

Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel is in good location. Breakfast was great and breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: I arrived late after 10:30pm to be met with an abrupt female staff member on reception. No smile, almost like I was a nuisance. I didn’t feel I was being given full information and raised this sharing I was tired - the response was ‘she was tired too’ .. ?! Not a good first impression for such a nice hotel and other staff members throughout my stay were friendly and helpful so she let the team down.
