Liked: Clean and tidy. Room was very spacious.

Stayed overnight for one night. Booking was trouble free; hotel is close to the train station; friendly reception staff; comfortable room and adequate breakfast.

Liked: Excellent location. really clean hotel with lovely welcoming staff.
Disliked: We could not hear the TV all weekend as it was set to a certain volume. It was a beautiful sunny weekend so we wanted the window open.We were straining to hear the TV before that but with the window open we literally could not hear a word.We requested for this to be changed but was told this was not possible. I don’t understand why it was set so low when it states that the room has soundproof walls so it should not be bothering any guests in rooms next to us.This did put a downer on the weekend, especially our Saturday we spent in the room watching a cracking day of sports but guessing what the commentators were saying!!!

Disliked: 2. Unhelpful staff led to my receiving a parking charge despite choosing the hotel on the basis that it has a parking space.3. Arrogant, uncaring staff not helping to sort the issue, despite my calling the hotel to sort the issue. Ended up paying a parking charge. What a waste. Avoid.
