Liked: The location is good because it is near the train station.
Disliked: The lift is not enough when it’s in peak time.

Conventient location, great hotel.

Liked: Excellent location, especially for families, secure area, next to main station, buses and taxi stations.exceptional breakfast. Nkce room view, quiet room.
Disliked: Im family rooms, second bed is a couch which is not comfortable in one side. Beware parents, might have to switch with your kids to avoid their complaints.

Liked: Handy for the train station. Room was spacious and up-to-date. Easy to take the D tram into the old town (the stop is very close to the hotel)
Disliked: Reception area is small and not clearly distinct from eating/drinking areas which were busy on our arrival.

Great Location and Comfort, Minor...

Liked: The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the train station. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with high-quality toiletries provided. A nice bonus was that the minibar was included at no extra cost. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which was much appreciated.
Disliked: Depending on the floor you were on and the time you went for breakfast, we sometimes had to wait through up to three elevator cycles before we could get in. The breakfast area was relatively small, and at times there were no available tables to sit at. I would have appreciated better organization from the staff to manage the morning rush more efficiently.
