Disliked: Shower water: the temperature changes abruptly, sometimes it suddenly got very warm

Disliked: There is NIL room service. No drinking water bottle is served/kept in room unlike other Novotel Hotels that we have visited so far. One will not get anything in their small ground floor restaurants after around 9 PM. Reception team should be properly trained to address customer's needs or at least to be reasonable in handling queries. Further, at least one person in reception should be comfortable in English.
